About Us

As a licensed engineer with over 13 years of drafting and design experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, I am able to look at the project from an engineering and permitting perspective, focus on detail, and maintain schedules and budgets.

​Our goal is to perform the civil drafting and design to obtain permitted drawings quicker than a CAD technician without engineering or permitting experience. We do this by providing engineering calculations for storm sewer, detention volume, floodplain mitigation, quantities, and construction cost estimates.  This limits coordination between the engineer and CAD technician, resulting in fewer agency reviews.
